We regret to inform you that as of 19/03/2020 The Spa at La Mon has ceased providing treatments for the foreseeable future.
GIFT VOUCHER UPDATE 🌿
Firstly we hope everyone is safe and well, we miss our work very much.
We are experiencing a high volume of emails regarding Spa Vouchers that are due to expire in the coming months so we have put the below policy in place;
Vouchers that have expired during our forced closure will be extended for the same amount of time that we are closed. For example, if we are closed for 8 weeks, your voucher will be extended for 8 weeks past the expiry date printed on your voucher. Vouchers will only be extended if they were due to expire in the closed period, which began on 19/03/2020.
At this time you DO NOT need to let us know that your voucher has or will expire and we will not be responding to individual emails regarding expiring Spa Vouchers.
This policy will be reviewed again on re-opening, based on availability a further extension may be required. This is simply to put everyones minds at rest that we would not allow your vouchers to become void in the current circumstances.
If you had an appointment that has been affected, and it was pre-paid, please contact us by email with a contact number to process a refund.
