HOW TO SPA

SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
To help you make the correct treatment choice, please contact our Spa reservataion team. Please book in advance to ensure your preferred time and treatment. All treatments will be guaranteed with a credit card. All treatment times inlcude a brief discussion of your consultation form to ensure the treatment is suitable and tailored to your needs.

 


CANCELLATION POLICY
A 100% charge will be incurred for treatments not cancelled within 24 hours of your selected treatment time
 


COUNTRY CLUB FACILITIES
If access to the leisure facilities is not included with your package, you can pay a small fee to make a day of it. We always recommend to avail of these facilities while you are with us.
 


ARRIVAL TIME
We always advise our clients to arrive at The Spa at least 15 minutes prior to their treatment time, to allow them to unwind and relax in preparation for their treatment. Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time.
 


MEDICAL CONDITIONS
All guests are advised to inform the spa of any illness or condition that may affect your choice of  treatment when making your reservation. Unfortunately, in some cases we may not be able to carry out the treatment.
 


PREGNANCY
Please allow our experienced therapists to guide you in selecting a specially designed treatment for expectant women or nursing mothers. ‘Mother to be’ massages are available by special request.
 


VALUABLES
The Spa at La Mon accept no responsibility for the loss of valuables at any time while on the premises.
 


GIFT VOUCHER
A perfect gift for someone special. Please contact the Spa reservations team to purchase a gift certificate. You can purchase by phone and we can post the voucher for you or you can collect at the hotel reception.
